Exercising or any other activity is equally essential to keep oneself active and youthful.

But, did we ever notice that our sleep also plays an important part in keeping us healthy. Too little sleep or too much sleep can affect the immune seriously.Deprivation may not allow functioning of the brain properly. Since brain works vigorously and provides instructions to other organs to work efficiently.

There is always a limit to exert, within a body, although everybody’s capacity varies.

Lack of sleep can lack brain function which in turn results in poor digestion, tired eyes, dull and dehydrated skin and many more.

So, next time take proper sleep for a better health and proper functioning of the organs.

Better sleep does not mean sleeping for 9-10 hours. Too much sleep may also cause problems.

Oh Yes! the most notable point is never to eat and sleep. Do keep duration of at least 1 hour before sleeping if you want to stay healthy.

Too much sleep can cause major health issues. The Level of Triglycerides is increased with the too much sleep.

Let’s understand Triglycerides! The triglycerides are responsible to provide the energy to the body when not consuming the meals.

The body stores the extra calories when not consuming in the form of triglycerides.

Although the percentage is 1.3-1.7% of people who sleep more than 10 hours a day, unlike people who deprive sleep or deprive sleep less than 6 hours, which are 11-13%.

The survey says that people who sleep more than 10 hours tend to have higher blood sugar level, hypertension, accumulation of fat around the waist.

So, if you ever thought sleeping more than 9 hours can help your immune work and clear your dark circles then that’s a myth.
